Terms that apply to direct bookings made with Owen Dominican Tours.

Booking and confirmation
Your booking is recorded after the required details and deposit are completed. Confirmation includes a reference and remains subject to availability, accurate traveler information and pickup coordination.
Price and payment
Bookings less than 5 days before the service require full payment. At least 5 days in advance, you can choose a deposit where available. The summary shows the total price, the online deposit and the balance due on the tour date. Stripe processes the deposit as a one-time payment. You do not authorize future or automatic charges.
Changes and cancellations
Changes depend on availability. Cancellations and refunds follow the policy published on this site.

The itinerary may change due to weather, sea conditions, safety or authority instructions. If the operation must be canceled, we will contact you with a date change or the applicable solution.
Traveler responsibility
You must provide accurate information, disclose relevant medical or mobility needs and follow safety instructions. Minors must travel with a responsible adult.
