The natural pool stop happens during the sea portion of the day. Beach time and lunch belong to other itinerary stages. When comparing two excursions, check both separately: mentioning the natural pool does not tell you how long you will spend on the island afterwards.

The classic from Punta Cana lists a combination of road transfer, speedboat, catamaran, natural pool and beach. For a private vessel, check the selected boat’s itinerary. This guide is not a separate admission ticket to the pool or an airport transfer directly to the water.

Provide ages and any assistance needs before paying. Being in a shallower area does not remove sea conditions or replace supervision. Follow crew instructions and ask about access and available equipment for your party; uniform water depth is not guaranteed.

Enjoy the surroundings without collecting animals or taking them out of the water for a photo. Wildlife is wild: an excursion should not promise a particular species at a particular time. Stop order or operation may change with sea conditions; review the change conditions of the product you book.

Is the natural pool the same as a snorkelling stop?
No. If you want snorkelling, confirm a specific stop and included equipment in the itinerary; do not infer it from the natural pool visit.
Does the stop guarantee starfish sightings?
Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed. Observe without handling animals and follow the team’s instructions.
