Free 24-Hour Cancellation
You can cancel your booking for free up to 24 hours before the scheduled start of the excursion. You will be refunded 100% of the guarantee deposit paid on our website, with no questions asked and no penalties.
1. Refund Deadlines & Types
Full 100% refund of the deposit made on the web. The procedure is processed in the same payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour or do not show up at the pickup point (No-Show), the deposit is non-refundable due to logistics costs and boat reservations.
2. Free Date Changes
If you wish to change the date of your tour (subject to availability), you can request it free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled tour departure. Our guides and coordinators will relocate your spot to your preferred date without any additional administrative fees.
3. Cancellations Due to Weather
Saona Island is a natural maritime destination. If port authorities (Dominican Navy) determine that sea conditions or severe storms prevent safe navigation of vessels (port closure), we will proceed under the following guidelines:
- We will immediately offer the option to reschedule the tour to an alternative date of your convenience.
- If you do not have more days available in the Dominican Republic, we will quickly and immediately refund 100% of the deposit or payment made.
