Information we process
We may receive your name, email, phone number, hotel, tour date, party size, support requests and basic browser information. We use it to provide the service, confirm pickup, prevent fraud and assist you.
Secure payments
Stripe processes the deposit as a one-time payment. Owen Dominican Tours does not receive or store your full card number or security code and cannot make future charges through this booking without a new authorization.
Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics helps us understand general site usage and improve the booking process. You can accept or reject measurement in the cookie notice and change your choice from the footer.
Retention and service providers
We retain data for as long as needed to operate the booking, meet legal obligations and resolve claims. We may share the minimum necessary information with Stripe, technical providers and operators involved in your excursion.
Your requests
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data where applicable.
