Avoid combining a flight arrival with a boat departure
An arrival can involve entry formalities, baggage collection and travel to your accommodation. An excursion has its own pickup and boarding arrangements. If you want to depart on your flight-arrival day or have a return flight that afternoon, enquire before paying; this guide does not guarantee a connection between the two services.

Provide the actual accommodation
For an airport transfer, use the actual airport, hotel, travellers and flight. For Saona, use the excursion date, pickup hotel and option. If arriving in another area, ask which departure fits your itinerary rather than assuming Punta Cana conditions.
