01 / PLAN YOUR DAY
Provide the full resort name
Riu Republica, Riu Bambu and the different Riu Palace properties are not a single pickup point. Use the name on your accommodation confirmation and check the location. If unsure, ask the team before selecting another hotel in the same chain.
02 / PLAN YOUR DAY
Your hotel and excursion company
Excursion bookings on this site are handled by Owen Dominican Tours, a Proactivitis ecosystem brand. The hotel name identifies the pickup area; it does not make Owen Riu’s official website or mean an excursion is included in your stay.
03 / PLAN YOUR DAY
Coordinate the meeting point before departure
Confirm the selected service’s pickup point and time. Do not confuse reception, the main lobby and other resort entrances. The route includes road travel before Bayahíbe boarding and may share pickups with other travellers.
04 / PLAN YOUR DAY
Choose shared or private for your party
Decide whether you prefer seats on a shared departure or an exclusive vessel. Check travellers, total and the transport included in that option. A classic per-adult fare does not represent the whole-boat price of a private departure.
