What “small group” actually means
The number of people you book is your party size, not necessarily the total aboard. For a shared excursion, ask about the departure’s capacity if it affects your decision. Words such as VIP, premium or exclusive do not replace confirmed capacity or make a shared tour private.

The option of booking the whole boat
Owen’s private options identify the boat, capacity and whole-vessel price. Check the capacity of the selected model and count every traveller. If a boat accommodates up to ten people, travelling as two or five does not make its rate a per-seat price; the amount covers the full package.

Compare the total including every component
Check whether transport from your hotel is included in that option. For private yachts, transport from Punta Cana or Santo Domingo is arranged separately as stated in the product; do not copy the classic tour’s inclusions. Compare the party total, transport and inclusions rather than two figures using different pricing units.

Provide your date, hotel, adults, children and whether you want an exclusive vessel or would accept sharing. If you need a shared tour with a reduced maximum group size, obtain explicit confirmation before paying. Owen does not present the classic as a limited small-group departure with an unconfirmed capacity.
